Plant Maintenance

Our maintenance programs include consistent professional service as we protect your investment.  We offer attractive monthly premiums for the following services:

Guaranteed Maintenance Program – The client owns their plants or purchases them from Aloha Interior Plants.  We maintain the plants on a predetermined schedule for a nominal monthly fee.  If a plant becomes thin, weak or unattractive, Aloha replaces the plant with a plant of equal size and value at no additional cost.

Lease Program – Aloha Interior Plants provides the plant package.  We maintain the plants on a predetermined schedule for a nominal monthly fee.  If a plant becomes thin, weak or unattractive, Aloha replaces the plant with a plant of equal size and value at no additional cost.  The lease program features a minimal initial plant investment with slightly higher monthly premiums than the guaranteed maintenance program.

Straight Maintenance – Aloha provides professional maintenance services for your plants.  Aloha also offers replacement plants at a nominal fee.  The straight maintenance program has the lowest monthly premiums.
